AV Technology Days 2026

We invite industry professionals, students, and all AV technology enthusiasts to an ambitious day of presentations and masterclasses on May 18, at the Riga School of Arts and Media. This is an opportunity not only to see the latest equipment in action but also to speak in person with manufacturer representatives and experts.

During the event, guests will have the opportunity to get to know world-class brands and their solutions:

• Lectrosonics: A lecture on wireless radio systems and their stability in difficult conditions + demo table.
• Kling & Freitag: Introduction to the company and the powerful VIDA L acoustic system.
• Prolights: Demonstration of lighting technologies specifically tailored for cinema and video filming needs.
• Swisson: A story about the company and data management systems – how to ensure a stable signal flow.

News: We will present intuitive lighting control consoles from Wolfmix.

• 09:00 - 09:30 | Arrival and morning coffee. Guests gather and view the general demo area.
• 09:30 | Opening. Welcome speech by the event organizers and introduction to the day's schedule.
• 09:30 - 10:30 | Lectrosonics lecture. In-depth story about radio systems, their frequency management, and demo table demonstration.
• 10:30 - 11:30 | Prolights - Lighting color science.
• 11:30 - 12:30 | Kling & Freitag presentation. Company history and demonstration of the VIDA L system's power and precision.
• 12:30 - 13:15 | Lunch break & Networking. Free access to all demo tables and informal conversations.
• 13:15 - 14:00 | Prolights produktu demo sesija. Gaismu risinājumi ar uzsvaru uz video/kino specifiku (TLCI, krāsu precizitāte, flicker-free).
• 14:00 - 14:45 | Swisson. Lecture on data network systems and building reliable networks.
• 14:45 - 15:30 | Wolfmix lighting control consoles in action.
• 15:30 - 16:30 | Closing and individual consultations. Q&A, practical equipment testing.
